My BdaY

As of yesterday, I am one year older. Whoa... nearly reaching the BIG 30!!! and you never realize that.... Took a few pics of my birthday cake - it's triple chocolate with cheese- very FATTENING right? We nearly tasted all the cake flavours from Bakelyn. This one is a new flavour, so my husband and I decided to try it out. Last year, I had strawberry shortcake - was nice but kind of hard because of the biscuits in between the layers.

Reviewing my past, many happenings had occurred whether it be good or bad. Well, life's never smooth. You got to have ups and downs - that's what makes life interesting. Each and every day is a brand new start.

TiMe ReaLLy fLieS!

A year and a half have passed by and now Kayden's nearly two already. The jacket he's wearing was a gift from his godmum and at that time, he couldn't wear it. But now, you can see it fits him perfectly.

Getting his hair done by his Ah-Ma (if you noticed the hand, he was trying to do it himself)

When I asked him to smile, this is how he does it nowadays...

Took this in the evening, when everyone was in the living room

I brought him shopping that morning. This biscuit was chosen by him.
He put it in the shopping basket himself.

Last week, we celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival. We brought Kayden down to the city to take a look at some lanterns placed in the Chinese temple. However, this year was a disappointment. Not only that there were only a few lanterns, even Kayden did not enjoy himself overly much. I remembered the year before, he was so enthusiastic when he saw the lanterns. This year he did not really bothered much about them.

However, he had fun with his own lanterns. His Uncle An has bought him some lanterns from Cebu and he loved them...
